The Doctor Who Exercise Program(me)

Here's the story if you don't know what this is all about.

I thought I might also want to keep track of progress. Even though I doubt anyone will ever click on this page and find it, I feel like it will keep me accountable. But I also don't want to devote further time on my main blog page to discussing exercise/eating habits/etc etc because it's really boring and I don't want to become one of those people. So here is my record, tucked away on a little page.


This account of my exercise will only include my "official" DWEP exercise (that is, 45 minutes of uninterrupted exercise) and does not include walking the dogs (because I have to stop and start all the time with them) or casual family walks or whatever.

So here it is:

Day 1 (May 30): COMPLETED. Brisk walk. Easing into the program.
Day 2 (May 31): COMPLETED. No Dalek sightings. Yet.
Day 3 (June 1): COMPLETED. Thought I saw a Silurian but it turns out to be just a weird bush.
Day 4 (June 2): COMPLETED. Came across what I thought was a Dalek. But it's just trash day.
Day 5 (June 3): COMPLETED. Was that the TARDIS or can someone just not drive stick?
Day 6 (June 4): COMPLETED.
Day 7 (June 5): COMPLETED.
Day 8 (June 6): COMPLETED!
Day 9 (June 7): COMPLETED!
Day 10 (June 8): COMPLETED!
Day 11 (June 9): COMPLETED!
Day 12 (June 10): COMPLETED!
Day 13 (June 11): COMPLETED!
Day 14 (June 12): COMPLETED!

Too damn lazy to constantly update, but as of July 4th I'm still going strong!
